If you believe your work has been infringed

Send a written notice to info@appreciationmessages.com with the subject line DMCA Takedown Notice, including all of the following:

  1. A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorised to act on their behalf.
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, with a link to the original if it is available online.
  3. Identification of the material on our Website that you claim is infringing, with the exact URL of each page, so that we can locate it.
  4. Your full name, mailing address, telephone number and email address.
  5. A statement that you have a good faith belief that the disputed use is not authorised by the copyright owner, its agent or the law.
  6. A statement, made under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorised to act on the owner’s behalf.

Incomplete notices may delay our response. Please note that under Section 512(f) of the DMCA, knowingly making a material misrepresentation that content is infringing may make you liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.

What we do next

  • We review the claim and, where it appears valid, remove or disable access to the material promptly.
